REFUND POLICY AND PROCEDURES
We would like you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return any item(s), our refund and returns policy is set out below:All electrical items carry a three month warranty unless otherwise specified. If an electrical item breaks down within the time of the warranty (due to fault NOT caused by accidental damage) please contact the main office as soon as possible.RETURNS AND CREDIT NOTESWe will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights, eg if goods are found to be defective as to quality, description or performance.If you are returning an item for any reason other than if the item is faulty, eg if an item does not fit into your property, we will only refund you with a credit note for 50% of the value of the item if it is returned to the shop within 48 hours of purchase.Please remember that you are not entitled to a refund if: · You have simply changed your mind;· You have damaged the goods after you have bought them; or· You were aware of the defect before you bought the goods.Please ensure you are at your address at the designated delivery times and dates. Failure to do so will result in you incurring further delivery charges!DELIVERY IS NOT REFUNDABLEWashing machines, tumble driers, fridges, freezers, and fridge-freezers ...If taking any of these items away yourself, they MUST be transported upright. Failure to do so can cause damage to the machine and will void your guarantee.If you take an item away yourself and a fault develops, you will be required to return the item to our workshop yourself.If you wish to return an item please contact the Main Office on:
